Experience Our Knowingness

It’s been far too long since I’ve written (not since November 2021!). The last time I reached out, I shared milestones about settling into new digs, raising adorable puppies, and reflecting on the world’s turbulence during CoronApocalypse. I wrote about divisiveness in relationships, shifting perspectives, and helping your brain feel safe in navigating uncharted territory.

How is your 2025 shaping up so far?

It's been a while since my last newsletter, so I’m sharing a life update, my current offerings, and what’s been stirring in my heart and work. Next time will be shorter and more educational!

First and foremost, I MISS YOU! I especially deeply miss the days in Northern California! Overall, I miss being surrounded by friends and colleagues - the support systems we built together, our accountability structures, and the camaraderie within our collective communities.

That said, I absolutely adore the wide-open, orgasmic desert skies here in Truth or Consequences, New Mexico.
