About JANET

As someone who rebuilt her life after a brain injury, I don’t speak from assumptions or shiny success stories.
I speak from lived experience ~ some days my nervous system won’t tolerate noise, decisions, or speed… and curiosity is the only doorway that doesn’t overwhelm me.

Two years later, I finally understood the architecture I’d been living inside all along ~ a beautifully neurodivergent nervous system shaped by both combined-ADHD and complex trauma.

What I learned - and what I now teach - is that transformation doesn’t come from forcing change.
It comes from creating safety first.

That’s why my work doesn’t ask people to “fix” themselves.
It invites them to observe, gently, honestly, and without judgment- until clarity emerges on its own.

I didn’t arrive here because I had a plan.
I arrived here because curiosity kept me alive long enough for ease to return.

And that’s the path I now offer others.

MISSION:

I’m devoted to liberating human potential through curiosity, creativity, and nervous-system safety.

At heart, I’m a radiant creative idealist, and I believe that when we feel safe enough to wonder again, transformation happens naturally ~ not through force, fixing, or hustle, but through presence, play, and meaningful connection.

My work blends intuitive photography, relational neuroscience, metaphysics, and lived experience into a gentle yet powerful methodology called Visible Transitions™. Through simple image-based practices, I invite you to slow down, listen inwardly, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with your innate wisdom. What often emerges is greater ease, emotional clarity, and a renewed sense of agency during life’s transitions.

Known as a Practical Mystic, I love creating playful, grounded spaces where individuals and communities rediscover trust in themselves, reclaim their creative capacity, and build bridges between who they’ve been and who they’re becoming.
